WINTER EXPLOSION TERMS & CONDITIONS:
(Please read carefully)
GUEST
SCHEDULED-PAYMENT POLICY:
All
bookings for each guest must be maintained with $100
(minimum) second (2nd), third (3rd),
fourth (4th), fifth (5th), FINAL payments
in intervals not to exceed forty-five (45) days. After
45 Days a due payment that has not reached a guest's assigne
Agent is considered “LATE”. This applies to each due
payment of a Guest's Payment Schedule, which is established at
the time of initial booking –contact your WE Agent for exact
date(s). Each
Late Payment will be assessed a $20 Fee that will
automatically be added to a Guest's Total Trip Balance and
must be paid before trip is considered “PAID IN FULL” and
Boarding Pass issued. The Payment Schedule on which
these intervals are based is initiated on the date of initial
Registration/Deposit receipt by WE Agent. Private
Stock Entertainment (PSE)/WE reserve the right to Cancel,
without prior notice, any booking that is two (2) or more
payments LATE. Cancellation notification will be
issued and WE Guest Cancellation Policy shall apply. Any
booking not paid in full by final due date of Jan 12, 2010
is subject to Cancellation by PSE/WE any time thereafter.
Cancellation notification will be issued and WE Guest
Cancellation Policy shall apply. NOTE:
While PSE/WE may do so as a Customer Courtesy and at its sole
discretion, it is not obligated to contact WE Guests of
pending payment due dates/schedules, pending late fees, pending
loss of discounts or pending cancellation due to non-payment.
WE Guest herein accepts sole responsibility for making all
payments on time.
PERSONAL CHECK ACCEPTANCE POLICY:
Personal Checks for guest
bookings, payment(s) are gladly accepted through Monday, January
25, 2010,
however,
a $50 Returned Check Fee
will be assessed on all returned paper Checks and E-Checks.
As of Tuesday, January 26, payments must be made in the form of
credit card (online), cash, cashier's check or money order.
Please
be advised that
a guest whose check is returned for any
reason will be given seven
(7) calendar days to replace the check with cash, a
cashier's check, money order or a credit card payment. The $50
Returned Check Fee must be included with reconciliation payment.
AFTER 7 DAYS,
if replacement payment has not been made, the returned payment
will be treated as if it was never made, with all resulting
Late Fees or Discount Nullifications applied as
indicated. $50 Returned Check Fee remains due until paid.
NOTE: Private Stock
Entertainment/ Winter Explosion will not accept a personal check
from a guest once he/she has bounced a check. Replacement
payment for a returned check as well as all subsequent payments
must be made in the form of cash, cashier's check, money order
or credit card (via Paypal).
GUEST
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY:
If a guest reservation/booking is
cancelled for ANY reason, the right to receive a refund is
limited. All cancellations are subject to a $100
processing (administrative) fee. No refunds will be
issued for cancellation notices received within 14 days prior to
trip departure (as of Friday, January 29, 2010).
Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to trip departure are
subject only to processing fee, however, the remaining occupants
in the room shall be obliged to pay the difference in the per
person room rate. SPECIAL NOTE:
Double Occupancy booking cancellations are NOT permitted to
convert to Single –a substitution must be made or the remaining
guest may opt to pay the Guest Fee for the other side of the
Double-Occupancy room. All Cancellation Notifications
must be submitted in writing to a WE Official, and
are effective the date received. All guest refunds
will be issued within 30 days of trip conclusion. This
event is operated by Private Stock Entertainment (PSE). In
the event of inclement weather, war, acts of terrorism, or Acts
of God, or any other legitimate conditions arising from causes
beyond
PSE’s control which causes delay or cancellation, PSE will
reschedule the trip or issue credit toward another PSE trip.
No refunds will be made for trips rescheduled due to conditions
arising from causes beyond PSE’s control.
Cancellation/Refund Policy applies to any booking canceled due
to non-payment. PLEASE NOTE: Each booking is treated as an
independent (per person) “booking” no matter who has paid the
fees. Therefore, if cancellation results, each
cancelled booking (per person) will be assessed the Cancellation
(Processing) Fee. Credit Card User Agreement: I
agree not to chargeback any event payment(s) made by
credit/debit card via Paypal and resolve any cancellations
and/or disputes that may arise with Winter Explosion/Private
Stock Entertainment directly.
WE
PHOTO RELEASE:
(Part
I)
Guest consents to the use of photos taken of
him/herself during WE being used by PSE/WE for Promotional
Purposes only. (Part II) Should Guest NOT
consent to use described in Part II, he/she agrees to notify WE
Official upon Resort Check-in, at which time Guest will be
issued a special wristband signaling event photographer not to
photograph said Guest. (Part III) Guest agrees to
set-aside Part II of WE Photo Release for candid (non-posed)
large group photos taken at a distance.
Credit Card User Agreement:
I agree not to chargeback any event payment(s) made by
credit/debit card via Paypal and resolve any cancellations
and/or disputes that may arise with Winter Explosion/Private
Stock Entertainment directly.
PLEASE NOTE: Each booking is treated as an
independent (per person) “booking” no matter who has submitted
payments/fees.
Therefore, if
cancellation results, each cancelled booking (per person) will
be assessed the Cancellation (Processing) Fee and any refund due
shall be issued to the registered guest unless otherwise
requested, in writing, by canceling Registered Guest. |
